That means you can find new houses, complete with contemporary bathroom vanities and other modern touches, for great prices. In the current market, the appeal to buyers is even greater.

Hialeah's presence under the radar may make it an ideal spot to purchase your second home, your winter getaway. It offers everything any city in Florida can, with good prices to boot.
