A couple with three kids can't expect to move from their piece of Georgetown Ontario real estate and settle into a Hialeah condo comfortably. You will need just as much space, if not more, for a family that is growing in numbers and in stature. While three or even four may fit into a condo or townhome nicely, it's not going to work for many more!

Are all the amenities vital to your family within easy reach? A lot of the time, the only options for families who want their kids in good schools are stand alone homes in the suburbs.
The criteria for deciding between housing styles is the same whether we are talking Hialeah or Leslieville. Lofts, condos, and stand alone homes are all on the market, but one type probably suits you more than others.
